While a background in removals isn't necessary, experience in sales and customer service is crucial. The environment is fast paced, but you'll be joining a friendly team with a strong work ethic.Key Responsibilities Include: Initiating contact with customers and managing inquiries. Providing quotes for the Baggage/Courier department (for moves under 20 pieces). Following up with customers to convert inquiries into bookings. Coordinating with couriers and operations to schedule jobs. Delivering excellent customer service throughout the removal process. Handling payments and required shipping documents. Assisting with customer queries.
