Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service to clients, coordinating import activitiesEnsure shipments are cleared, released, and delivered efficiently and profitably.Work closely with customs clearance teams to track and support the timely completion of import entries.Coordinate container deliveries, liaising with hauliers and ensure timely receipt of goods.Request and process import releases from shipping lines, including handling necessary authorisations and payments.Chase and collate required shipping documentation.Communicate regularly with third-party agents and customers to keep them informed and resolve any issues promptly.
