Check design and create models for machine control. - Provide check reports and as-builts, through laser scanning and modelling of point clouds. - Assist with the implementation of quality control procedures, particularly in accordance with QC1 requirements; maintaining the highest standards of traceability, tolerances, reporting. - Manage and archive survey files and records to support project compliance and audits, using the Projects Document Management system. - Attend daily briefings and provide updates on survey progress and issues. - Ensure all surveying works are carried out in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Support other surveying work packages as required. Requirements - Degree, diploma, or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or Construction. - Site based role. - Potential for shift work, operating on a 7/3/7/4 shift pattern as per programme needs. - Experience in surveying and construction industries. - 3-5 years of experience in a similar surveying position on a civil engineering project. - Experience with surveying equipment; total stations, GPS/GNSS and laser scanners. - Survey data processing software; AutoCAD Civil 3D, Leica Infinity, Leica Cyclone and Leica 3DR. - Understanding of QC1 procedures and quality documentation in a civils context. - CSCS Card and relevant site safety qualifications. - Member of the CinstCES (or technical member working towards full member), or another body.
