The Role:You will handle inbound calls from the public requiring appointments following a referral. This will include booking, re-scheduling and cancelling appointments on a booking system. We are looking for good communicators, who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a high regard for efficiency and accuracy. You will have a polite and professional telephone manner, the ability to empathise with the caller whilst respecting and understanding their needs at all times.What does an average day look like?- A typical day will see you working in a lively & vibrant environment.- You will start your day signing into your systems, making sure you are ready for the day ahead.- From this point, you will be assisting a range of different callers, or family members, who have received a referral and will work effectively to ensure we are proving accurate information and support to them at all times.- You may be assisting people in booking appointments or rearranging to find an appointment that works for them, either way, you will be their first point of contact.
