What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a supervisory role, ideally within a parcel sortation warehouse, with strong knowledge of automated sortation systems.MUST be process driven, fully understanding work flow process, with a busy warehouse environment.     Expertise in flow management techniques to maintain efficient operations. Six Sigma certification or relevant experience in continuous improvement is a definite advantage.Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to succeed.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams.Proficient in warehouse management systems and other relevant tech tools that support operational efficiency.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
