KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Picker/Packer for our client based in Southampton.As a Picker/Packer your working hours and days are: 5 out of 7 days per week02:00- 10:00 The rate of pay as a Picker/Packer is: £13.21 p/h The duties and responsibilities as a Picker/Packer are: Accurately pick and prepare orders for dispatch using Counterbalance Forklift and PPT, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail at every stageMaintain precise records of best-before dates and consignment information, playing a key role in stock accuracy and quality controlSupport a wide range of warehouse activities, contributing to the smooth and successful day-to-day running or operationsChampion and strong health & safety culture by following procedures and proactively reporting any concernsTake pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment for the team The ideal candidate for a Picker/Packer would require: Counterbalance FLT licence (not essential)Previous experience using FLT in warehousePrevious experience as a picker/packerAbility to work well individually or in a team environmentGood time keeping skills If this role as a Counterbalance FLT Driver is for you then APPLY NOW!!INDWH
