Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a diverse team to meet daily and weekly production KPIs Oversee daily production planning and workload prioritisation Monitor stock levels and communicate with supply chain teams Drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and quality standards Support and coach team members, identify training opportunities Conduct performance reviews, appraisals, and manage HR processes Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards Build and maintain effective working relationships across departments Shift Pattern 2-week rotating pattern: Week 1 Sunday: 7am – 5:30pm Monday: Off Tues–Thurs: 7am – 2pm Friday: 7am – 5:30pm Sat: Off Week 2 Monday: 7am – 5:30pm Tues & Wed: 2:30pm – 10pm Thursday: 2:30pm – 9pm Friday: Off Saturday: 7am – 5:30pm About You We're looking for someone who’s proactive, resilient, and team-focused. The ideal candidate will bring: Experience in a production or manufacturing environment (food sector a bonus) Proven leadership or team management experience Excellent communication and planning skills A hands-on approach to problem-solving and people management A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement No formal qualifications are required – we’re more interested in your practical experience and leadership approach.
