Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading food packaging company in their search for a number of Machine Operators to work in their leading facility near Telford.For the successful Machine Operator, our client is offering; £33,171.84 per annum 4 on 3 off, 12 hour shifts 06:00 to 18:00Permanent rolePay reviews and increases Career progression Working in a supportive team Plenty of training opportunities As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will be: Set up the machinery to the correct tolerances for the production run Ensure Quality standards are adhered to and issues to be escalated to Line Leaders and/or QA.Ensure the correct packaging is used per production run and this is checked and validated by the Line Leader Ensure the date code information is input correctly Ensure there are sufficient raw material stock levels for the lines to run.Complete any relevant paperworkEnsuring that all lines and machines are set up ready to run for the following shift when ending the current shift.
