You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate product release, while upholding the highest standards in quality and compliance with GMP, GDP, and MHRA regulations.You’ll also lead the development and maintenance of SOPs, manage deviations, and work collaboratively across departments to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Develop, revise, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Set and monitor packaging KPIs, ensuring targets are met. Investigate and resolve deviations, initiating CAPAs as required. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team on compliance matters. Order materials and raise purchase orders (POs) for packaging supplies and services. Manage stock to prevent production disruptions. Support team rotas and ensure appropriate shift coverage. Motivate, coach, and develop team members. Work with Engineering to maintain equipment and support improvement projects. Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant working environment. Deputise for the Packaging Manager when required. ✅ Ideal Candidate: Previous packaging and supervisory experience Strong working knowledge of GMP/GDP.
