Responsibilities of the Electrical Shift Engineer Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities. Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on manufacturing equipment. Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades. Reduce downtime through effective breakdown response. Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately. Assist with machinery installations and commissioning activities. Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures. Work closely with production and engineering teams to maximise equipment performance.
