Safeguarding Adults: Respond to concerns in accordance with Section 42 of the Care Act and local safeguarding policies. Mental Capacity & Advocacy: Conduct Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest decisions; ensure access to advocacy when needed. Care Reviews: Monitor and evaluate care packages for effectiveness, quality, and value for money. Documentation: Maintain accurate records in line with legal and local authority standards using electronic case management systems.
