The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A minimum 2:1 degree in Primary Education, Childhood Studies, Education Studies, Psychology, English, Mathematics, or a related subject.A genuine interest in education and supporting young people.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.A proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach.Previous experience working with children through tutoring, mentoring, coaching, volunteering, childcare, or school-based placements is desirable.An ambition to progress into teaching, educational psychology, speech and language therapy, or another education-related profession.
