Location: Croydon, South London
Role: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30am–15:30pm
Salary: £500–£600 per week
Start Date: September 2025

Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate for this Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant role will have:
- A 2:1 or higher degree from a top university (any subject)
- A genuine interest in working with primary-aged children (4–11 years)
- Patience, empathy, and a flexible, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A long-term interest in education, child psychology, or teaching
- Some experience working with children (desirable but not essential)

As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
- Providing one-to-one and small group support, especially in literacy and numeracy
- Helping pupils stay focused, motivated, and on track with their learning
- Contributing to a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Assisting with behaviour management and lesson preparation
- Taking part in school life, including assemblies, playground duties, and enrichment activities
- Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff alike
