You will report directly to the Owner and Finance Director, working closely with General Managers and Head Chefs across the business. The role also involves leading and developing a marketing team of 2, with potential to grow to 3 in the future.To be considered, candidates must come from premium hospitality such as luxury hotels, high-end restaurants, or private members’ clubs.
