Customer Service Advisor role: You will handle inbound calls from the public requiring appointments following a referral. This will include booking, re-scheduling and cancelling appointments on a booking system. We are looking for good communicators, who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a high regard for efficiency and accuracy. You will have a polite and professional telephone manner, the ability to empathise with the caller whilst respecting and understanding their needs at all times.Customer Service Advisor pay: £23,809.50 per annum.
