Due to the increasing demands on the service, a new purpose built critical care unit with 12/14 beds is planned to open in 2025.The ACCP team will expand to a total of seven and play a vital role in providing 24/7 residency as part of the Consultant-Led medical team. You will have an opportunity to assist in shaping and developing the ACCP service and will be able to contribute to the development of our trainees.Please note; Guernsey has adopted the AfC banding system, but have applied their own salary scale. The current Band 8A salary range is £70,723 to £84,752 plus an annual bonus of £1,605 and higher unsocial hours enhancements; 36% evening/Saturday and 72% Sunday/BH.
