Relevant UK-accredited pharmacy qualifications.
Must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) – note: not HCPC (correction from original text).
Prior experience within UK primary care or NHS settings is highly desirable.
A full UK driving licence is preferred to support flexibility across multiple practice sites.
