Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI scans across a variety of clinical indications and patient demographics.

• Participate in flexible work patterns, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, to support extended patient services.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

• Provide supervision and mentorship to junior radiography staff, contributing to a culture of learning and development.

• Operate and maintain MRI equipment effectively, reporting any faults to the Radiographer in Charge promptly.

• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times and deliver compassionate, respectful care.

Reporting Line

• This role reports to the Clinical Services Manager, with day-to-day support from the Assistant Clinical Services Manager and Lead MRI Radiographer.
