What you will do:
- Guide service users right from their initial entry into the service through their complete treatment and recovery journey.
- Conduct thorough screenings and assessments, and develop comprehensive recovery plans, ensuring seamless onward referrals.
- Work dedicatedly to minimise drug and alcohol-related harm to both individuals and the larger community.
- Foster engagement by promoting service user, carer, and community involvement.
- Provide passionate advocacy ensuring easy access to essential partnership services.
- Collaborate closely with service users, supporting their social reintegration and empowering them to lead meaningful, resilient, and purpose-driven lives with enhanced recovery, resilience, peer support, and self-determination.

Requirements:
- Recent experience in roles focusing on Substance Misuse, Substance Abuse, Addiction, Drug and Alcohol services, Needle Exchange, or Recovery is essential.
- Possess relevant qualifications or certifications to bolster your expertise and capability in handling diverse scenarios.
