Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey as a Customer Service Advisor with Lincolnshire County Council's Adult Care Teams and the Care & Wellbeing Hub? Based in the heart of Lincoln at Lancaster House, this exciting opportunity offers a minimum 12-week locum placement with the possibility to make a real difference in the lives of others. You'll work a flexible 37-hour week, from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday to Friday, in a dynamic environment where every call matters. Whether helping a resident maintain independence or assisting with a child's needs, each interaction holds the potential to positively impact someone's world.

What you will do:
- Respond to incoming telephone and email enquiries regarding Adult Care and related services.
- Engage in strength-based conversations to assess and fulfil customer needs effectively.
- Handle complex, sensitive, and emotive calls with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide information, advice, and appropriate referrals for safeguarding and wellbeing services.
- Utilize IT skills for efficient direct input and documentation of contacts and outcomes.
- Engage in ongoing learning and development to stay updated on the latest practices.
About you:
- You are a customer-focused individual with prior experience in a bustling Customer Care or Customer Service Centre.
- While experience in a social care setting is advantageous, it is not essential as comprehensive training is provided.
- You possess excellent typing and IT skills to manage live data input effortlessly.
