What you will do:
- Perform and evaluate radiographic procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging services are delivered efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient care and safety standards.
- Maintain and operate imaging equipment with expertise, following established protocols and ensuring optimal functionality.
- Provide guidance and training to Assistant Practitioners and students, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Conduct patient assessments and prepare individuals for radiographic procedures, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring experience.
Requirements of the Radiographer:
- Degree or equivalent in Radiography with significant recent UK experience.
- Registration with the HCPC is essential for practicing within this role.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
