What you will do:
- Provide targeted support to children with disabilities and their families, ensuring positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with key agencies such as health and education for seamless service delivery.
- Manage safeguarding risks related to children with disabilities and their siblings, from initial assessment through court proceedings if necessary.
- Support families with looked after children and those in the process of adoption, working closely with them to strengthen familial ties.
- Be an integral part of the 0-11 team, dedicated to reducing the risk of family breakdown with early intervention.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current Social Care Wales registration.
- Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker.
