An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Social Worker to join the Learning Disability & Autism Team in Leicester. This flexible role is available on both a full-time and part-time basis, offering an excellent work-life balance while allowing you to make a real and lasting impact. What you will do:

Conduct assessments and case management for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism
Manage complex safeguarding and court-related work, applying legal and ethical frameworks effectively
Work in line with Leicestershire County Council systems and processes, demonstrating adaptability and compliance
Develop and implement person-centred care and support plans aligned to individual needs and aspirations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and carers to deliver coordinated and holistic support
