An excellent opportunity has arisen for experienced post-ASYE Social Workers to join the Learning Disability Adult Social Care Team in Wandsworth. Working across Richmond and Wandsworth Councils, you will be part of a well-established, supportive service made up of Service Managers, Senior Social Workers, and Social Care Assessors. This role focuses on delivering a holistic, personalised, and strength-based approach to adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities, supporting independence, wellbeing, and choice.

What you will do:

Undertake comprehensive assessments of adults and carers, promoting independence and safeguarding from harm

Work collaboratively with service users and carers using a person-centred, strengths-based approach

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, national guidance, and safeguarding frameworks
