What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals dealing with substance misuse issues.
- Prescribe appropriate treatment and medication as an independent prescriber.
- Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide education and advice to clients and their families on substance misuse and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
