What you will do:
- Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate care programmes for critically ill patients.
- Autonomously initiate urgent interventions as dictated by patient conditions, interpreting changes accurately.
- Provide prescribed nursing care independently, while liaising with senior nurses when needed.
- Collaborate with the team and offer support to patients’ relatives and friends.
- Maintain precise electronic and paper records of care according to agreed standards.
- Abide by the NMC Code in all professional practices.
Requirements for the Registered General Nurse role:
- Degree or equivalent in Nursing (RGN qualified) with active NMC Registration (Adult).
- Recent nursing experience in the UK to ensure you're fully equipped for the role.
