Healthcare Assistant Position in Residential and Dementia Care in HP1 3SD, Hertfordshire. Earn between £13.70 and £16.80 per hour on an ongoing locum basis. With shifts of both long days and long nights, catering to your flexibility preferences.

What you will do:
- Assist residents with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.
- Support individuals with dementia by providing compassionate and attentive care.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver personalised care plans.
- Encourage and facilitate social interaction and outings to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any concerns to nursing staff promptly.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and homely environment for all residents.
