What you will do:
- Conduct assessments for adults at risk to determine their needs and make necessary referrals.

- Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports in compliance with legal and statutory requirements.

Requirements for the Social Worker role:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
- Active registration with Social Work England.
- Considerable frontline experience within UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
