What you will do:

Provide safe and timely delivery of front-line occupational therapy services within the directorate.
Support with triage and reduce duplication between health and social care to minimise OT waiting lists.
Collaborate with external care providers to ensure correct and safe moving and handling tasks.
Complete reviews of care packages to ensure best value of services and optimal use of equipment.
Evaluate double-handed care and waking night packages to enhance service delivery.
Offer mutual aid to other occupational therapy areas as required.
Conduct comprehensive OT assessments and reviews across the directorate.

Requirements:

Must be HCPC registered with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
A valid driver's licence is preferable to facilitate travel between different localities.
