This is an exciting opportunity for two Personal Advisors to join our dynamic team in Solihull. You will be working within the realm of children and families, offering your services at 858 Chester Road, Chelmsley Wood, Solihull, B37 7WG. The role is full time, with office days required at least twice a week. Working hours are 8.45am to 5.20pm from Monday to Thursday and 8.45am to 4.30pm on Fridays. What you will do

• Pathway Planning: Lead, coordinate, and review Pathway Plans that set educational, housing, and life skill goals for young people.
• Practical Support: Assist young people in securing suitable accommodation, managing their finances, applying for benefits, and accessing healthcare services.
• Trusted Guidance: Offer reliable and consistent emotional support and decision-making help, becoming a crucial adult figure from the ages of 16 to 25.
• Multi-Agency Liaison: Collaborate with social workers, housing officers, educators, and health agencies to coordinate services.
• Advocacy: Represent the best interests of young people and aid them in navigating complex public systems.
• Regular Contact: Maintain scheduled visits and phone calls to monitor the wellbeing and progress of the young person.
• Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date written case records and logs of each contact are maintained.
• Business Insurance: Travelling required with business insurance needed; no DVLA check necessary.
