Join us in the dynamic role of Complex Case Officer within the Annual Reviews team. Situated in the historic and vibrant town of Shrewsbury, this ongoing opportunity offers a perfect blend of challenging work and flexible, fully remote arrangements. You'll work Monday to Thursday from 8:45 am to 5 pm and Friday from 8:45 am to 4 pm, providing an excellent work-life balance while earning a competitive £290 daily.

What you will do:

- Take ownership of complex or escalated Annual Review cases, ensuring they are managed efficiently and professionally.
- Handle disputes arising from parents or educational settings, managing challenging scenarios with diplomacy and tact.
- Navigate requests for specialist or out-of-county placement to ensure appropriate solutions are found.
- Oversee cases from the initial decision through to the final amended plan, providing clarity and direction at every stage.
- Prepare and present detailed Annual Review outcomes to the Resource and Commissioning Panel (RCP), advocating for necessary funding uplifts or placements.
- Work closely with parents, carers, schools, SENCOs, and service providers to harmonize expectations and reduce the need for tribunal escalations.
