Key Responsibilities

Carry out community-based occupational therapy assessments within a local authority setting.

Identify needs and recommend appropriate standard and specialist equipment.

Plan and coordinate minor and major home adaptations to improve safety and accessibility.

Work closely with service users, families, and partner professionals to develop tailored support plans.

Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant case recording and documentation.
Requirements

HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.

UK driving licence and ability to travel within the community.

Experience in housing adaptations and community assessments is desirable.
