Flourish Medical is recruiting for a Dental Nurse / Trainee Dental Nurse to join a well-established private dental practice in Worcester on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for either a qualified Dental Nurse or Trainee Dental Nurse looking for a long-term position within a friendly, professional and patient-focused private practice.

The practice is looking for someone who can work 37–40 hours per week, with the ideal candidate able to work at least one Saturday per month.

Who We're Looking For

Applications are welcomed from:

• Qualified Dental Nurses
• Trainee Dental Nurses currently enrolled on a recognised Dental Nursing course
• Candidates with previous dental nursing experience who are looking to continue their career and training within dentistry

The ideal candidate will:

• Be available for 37–40 hours per week
• Have flexibility to work at least one Saturday per month
• Have previous dental practice experience
• Hold GDC registration if applying as a qualified Dental Nurse
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Have excellent communication and patient care skills
• Be professional, reliable and well organised
• Work confidently as part of a busy dental team
• Be keen to learn, develop and build a long-term career within the practice

Responsibilities

Your duties may include:

• Providing chairside assistance across a range of dental treatments
• Preparing treatment rooms, instruments and equipment
• Following infection prevention and cross-infection control procedures
• Supporting clinicians during dental procedures
• Providing a high standard of patient care and reassurance
• Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Supporting patient communication and appointment management
• Working collaboratively with the wider practice team

The practice is based in Worcester and is easily commutable from Droitwich Spa, Malvern, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Pershore, Evesham, Redditch and surrounding areas.
