We are recruiting for an experienced Visiting Implant Dentist to join a well-established family dental practice in Shipston-on-Stour, Warwickshire, initially providing an implant clinic one day per month.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Implant Dentist or Dentist with a Special Interest in Implant Dentistry looking to add a regular monthly clinic to their existing clinical portfolio.

The practice has an established patient base and is looking to further develop its implant offering, giving the successful clinician the opportunity to establish and grow a strong internal referral list.

To support you while the implant service is being established, the practice is happy to offer an initial guaranteed day rate, with the opportunity to move onto a competitive percentage split of private revenue as the patient and referral list develops.

There may also be scope to increase the frequency of implant clinics in the future as patient demand grows.

Please note: We are unable to accept applications from candidates who require visa sponsorship. Previous UK dental practice experience is essential for this role.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Fully qualified and GDC registered Dentist
• Previous UK dental practice experience
• Postgraduate qualification or advanced training in Dental Implantology
• Demonstrable experience providing dental implant treatment
• Confident assessing and treatment planning implant cases
• Experience providing implant treatment within your clinical scope
• Excellent clinical and patient communication skills
• Appropriate professional indemnity
• Right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship
• Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Commitment to maintaining excellent clinical standards

This position may suit an Implant Dentist, Implantologist, Dentist with a Special Interest in Implant Dentistry or an experienced Associate Dentist with postgraduate implant training.

As a Visiting Implant Dentist, your responsibilities may include:

• Providing private implant consultations and assessments
• Assessing patients referred internally for implant treatment
• Treatment planning suitable implant cases
• Providing dental implant treatment within your clinical scope
• Clearly explaining treatment options, costs, expectations and aftercare
• Managing patients throughout their implant treatment journey
• Building relationships with referring clinicians within the practice
• Working collaboratively with the wider dental team
• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records
• Delivering consistently high standards of patient care

The practice is located in Shipston-on-Stour, Warwickshire and is easily accessible from Stratford-upon-Avon, Banbury, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Chipping Norton, Moreton-in-Marsh, Stow-on-the-Wold and surrounding areas of Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds.
