We are recruiting for a Private Associate Dentist to join an exciting brand-new, fully private dental practice opening in Market Harborough, anticipated to launch in February 2027.

This isn't your typical new practice opportunity.

Although you'll be joining a completely new private dental practice from its launch, you won't be expected to build your patient list entirely from scratch.

The owners already operate a successful and established dental practice in the local area, with an existing private patient base and the ability to move patients between both locations. This gives the incoming Associate an excellent foundation from which to develop a strong private list while being part of the new practice from the very beginning.

The practice can offer a minimum of 2 days per week initially, with flexibility depending on what the successful Dentist is looking for and excellent potential to increase days as the new practice grows.

Please note: We are unable to accept applications from candidates who require visa sponsorship. Previous UK dental practice experience is essential for this position.

A New Private Practice – Without Starting From Scratch

This is a particularly exciting opportunity for a Dentist who would love to be involved in a new private practice but doesn't want the uncertainty normally associated with joining a traditional squat.

The owners already have a successful established dental practice and private patient base in the local area.

The new Market Harborough practice will benefit from this existing patient base, with the ability to move patients between the two locations and generate referrals into the new practice.

This means you'll have the opportunity to build your own private list and grow with a brand-new practice while having the support of an established dental business behind you.

As patient demand develops, there is significant scope for the successful Associate to increase their clinical days and earnings.

About You

The practice is looking for a Dentist who is passionate about delivering high-quality private dentistry and providing an excellent patient experience.

The opportunity could suit an experienced general Private Dentist or a clinician with additional interests in areas such as:

• Restorative dentistry
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Clear aligner treatment
• Composite bonding
• Dental implants
• Endodontics
• Other areas of advanced private dentistry

The owners are open to discussing your individual clinical interests and how these could complement the wider private offering.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Fully qualified and GDC registered Dentist
• Previous UK dental practice experience
• Experience providing private dentistry
• Excellent patient communication and treatment-planning skills
• Confidence discussing comprehensive private treatment options
• Strong focus on patient experience and high-quality clinical care
• Right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship
• Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Appropriate professional indemnity
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
