We are recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed NHS and private dental practice in Alvaston, Derby, working 4 days per week.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Dentist looking for a busy, established patient list with a strong mix of NHS and private dentistry, a competitive negotiable UDA rate and excellent scope to develop private income.

The practice offers an approximately 50/50 mix of NHS and private dentistry, providing a strong balance of consistent NHS earnings alongside excellent private potential.

You'll be joining an experienced and genuinely supportive team where the culture is very much based around mutual respect, open communication and providing clinicians with the right equipment, materials and support to do their job well.

About the Practice

You will be joining an established mixed NHS and private dental practice in Alvaston, Derby, with an experienced clinical and support team and a strong existing patient base.

The practice provides approximately 50% NHS and 50% private dentistry, giving the successful Associate an excellent opportunity to combine reliable NHS income with the potential to build a strong private book.

The practice is well equipped with modern dental technology and high-quality materials, with a strong emphasis on giving clinicians the tools and support they need to deliver excellent dentistry.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Fully qualified and GDC registered Dentist
• Valid NHS Performer Number
• Previous UK dental practice experience
• Right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship
• Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Confident providing NHS and private general dentistry
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dental team
• Commitment to maintaining high clinical standards
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
