Flourish Medical is recruiting for a Part-Time Associate Dentist in Redditch, Worcestershire, to join an established mixed NHS and private dental practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Dentist looking for 2 days per week – Tuesdays and Fridays – with the security of taking over an established and very busy patient list.

The position is available due to an existing dentist leaving the practice, so there is no need to build a patient list from scratch. The successful Associate will inherit an established book with strong patient demand and the opportunity to generate both NHS and private income from the outset.

Associate Dentist Role

• Location: Redditch, Worcestershire
• 2 days per week – Tuesdays and Fridays
• £13.50 per UDA
• 50% private split
• Established mixed NHS and private dental practice
• Very busy existing patient list
• Patient list inherited from a departing Associate Dentist

Established Patient List

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to step into an established and busy Associate position rather than spending time building a patient base.

The departing dentist has an established list, providing the incoming Associate with continuity of patients and a busy diary from the outset.

Alongside NHS dentistry at £13.50 per UDA, the role offers a 50% private split, giving the successful dentist the opportunity to develop their private earnings alongside their NHS commitment.

• Be GDC registered as a Dentist
• Hold an active NHS Performer Number
• Have relevant UK dentistry experience
• Have appropriate professional indemnity
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Be confident providing general NHS and private dentistry
• Have a professional and patient-focused approach

Location

The practice is based in the Redditch area of Worcestershire and is well positioned for dentists travelling from surrounding parts of the West Midlands and Worcestershire.

The role may be commutable from areas including Bromsgrove, Droitwich Spa, Worcester, Solihull, South Birmingham, Alcester and Studley, depending on your location.

This could be particularly well suited to an Associate Dentist already working elsewhere during the week who is looking to add Tuesdays and Fridays to their existing schedule.
