Visiting Endodontist – Lutterworth

1–2 Days per Month | Fully Private Practice | Private Percentage Split | Initial Guaranteed Day Rate

We are recruiting for an experienced Visiting Endodontist to join a well-established, fully private dental practice in the Lutterworth area of Leicestershire, working 1–2 days per month.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Endodontist or Dentist with a Special Interest in Endodontics looking to add regular private endodontic sessions to their existing clinical commitments.

The practice has an established private patient base and is looking to further develop its endodontic offering, providing the successful clinician with the opportunity to build a strong internal referral list and establish a regular monthly clinic.

To support the successful clinician while the endodontic diary is being established, the practice is happy to consider an initial guaranteed day rate, with the opportunity to move onto a competitive percentage split of private revenue as the patient and referral list develops.

Please note: We are unable to accept applications from candidates who require visa sponsorship. Previous UK dental practice experience is essential for this position.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Fully qualified and GDC registered Dentist

• Previous UK dental practice experience

• Advanced postgraduate training in Endodontics

• Strong experience providing endodontic treatment

• Confident managing complex endodontic cases within your clinical scope

• Excellent treatment-planning and patient communication skills

• Appropriate professional indemnity

• Right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship

• Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one

• Commitment to delivering high-quality private dentistry and patient care

This opportunity may suit an Endodontist, Dentist with a Special Interest in Endodontics (DwSI), Dentist with Enhanced Skills in Endodontics or an experienced Associate Dentist with advanced postgraduate endodontic training.

As a Visiting Endodontist, your responsibilities may include:

• Providing private endodontic consultations and assessments

• Assessing internally referred patients

• Diagnosis and endodontic treatment planning

• Providing root canal treatment and complex endodontic procedures within your clinical scope

• Clearly explaining treatment options and expected outcomes to patients

• Developing strong relationships with referring clinicians

• Working collaboratively with the wider dental team

• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records

• Delivering consistently high standards of private patient care

Location

The practice is located in the Lutterworth area of Leicestershire and is commutable from Market Harborough, Rugby, Leicester, Hinckley, Northampton, Kettering and surrounding areas.
