What you will do:

• Provide specialised physiotherapy care to patients who have experienced falls, supporting improved mobility and independence

• Assess, plan, and implement individualised treatment programmes tailored to elderly patients

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and effective care delivery

• Travel across Hull and the East Riding to deliver community-based physiotherapy services

• Educate patients and their families on falls prevention and strategies to reduce future risk
