What you will do:
- Deliver, improve, maintain, and monitor administrative systems to support service delivery according to policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Support regional teams by collecting, collating, and presenting accurate information to meet regulatory standards.
- Provide managers and colleagues with guidance, advice, and ensure compliance with Group policy and legislation.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, residents, and contractors, addressing any service delivery shortfalls.
- Maintain user-friendly and accessible filing systems, and database records for the timely provision of information.
Requirements:
- Literacy and numeracy equivalent to GCSE English and Maths passes.
- Experience in a similar role with proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads.
- Experience working with data and resolving problems.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
