All our Complex Care packages are Nurse led meaning all training requirements and competency sign offs will be given by our Registered Nurse’s prior to commencement of shifts. Our working pattern runs on a two weekly basis and will range from 4-12 hour shifts within the client’s own home, including waking nights.
