Required Skills and Qualifications: Enhanced DBS for Children and Adults (can be obtained if needed). Eligibility to work in the UK. SWE (formerly HCPC) registration. Degree in Social Work (or equivalent). Minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience within an English Local Authority. Access to a car and willingness to travel. Strong knowledge of Children Act 1989, Care Planning Regulations 2010, Fostering Regulations 2011, and National Minimum Standards. Comprehensive understanding of relevant theoretical frameworks, practice models, research findings, and psychological/human development theories.
