Our client based in Bournemouth Town Centre have an exciting Opportnity for an Accomadation Corodinator!You will work alongside the Accommodation Manager, ensuring students are allocted into the correct accomadation . you will also be responsible for ensuring compliance across all areas before students are placed in accommodation. Duties and Responsibilities· Recruit new families by advertising and recommend a friend schemes· Arrange accommodation for steudents· Send documentation and ensure forms are correctly completed and shared with relevant parties· Deal with any student or host complaints or move requests· Recepetion Duties OcIt is understood that this list is not exhaustive and that the Accommodation Coordinator may be asked to perform other duties at times.Person specificationEnergy and empathy are essential, along with a good work ethic and proven reliability.
