KPI Recruiting are on the look our for a Production Operative for our client based in Nantwich.As a Production Operative your working hours and days are: Monday- FridayMonday- Thursday 08:00- 17:00Friday 08:00- 15:55 The rate of pay as a Production Operative is: £12.71 p/h Key Responsibilities as a Production Operative: Manufacture bespoke timber pallets, wire-bound containers, and export cases to customer specifications.Interpret and work from CAD designs and technical drawings.Operate woodworking machinery, including saws, safely and efficiently.Use air-powered nail guns and a variety of handheld tools to assemble wooden cases and crates.Carry out manual assembly of bespoke timber packaging products.Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and workmanship.Follow all health and safety procedures within the manufacturing environment.Keep the work area clean, organised, and safe. Essential Requirements as a Production Operative: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential due to the rural location and lack of public transport).Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or woodworking environment is desirable.Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.Ability to read and follow technical drawings or willingness to learn.Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
