What you will do:
- Lead and manage the Safeguarding team to ensure effective service delivery and compliance with statutory requirements.

Requirements of the Team Manager:
- You must possess a degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- A current registration with Social Work England is essential.
- Significant frontline experience in Children's Services as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager is required.
- Demonstrated recent managerial experience is crucial for this position.
