What you will do:
- Enhance each client’s quality of life, supporting independent living for them and their dependants.
- Provide tailored support through safety planning, risk assessments, and one-to-one sessions.
- Maintain confidentiality and build trust with clients.
- Help clients access services that support independent living and broader needs, including specialised floating services.
- Implement a Multi-agency approach, working closely with community, statutory, and voluntary organisations to meet client needs.
- Develop a robust service user involvement package with events, networking, and fundraising.
- Encourage a reciprocal relationship between service users and staff, focusing on mutual support rather than dependency.
- Create co-production projects that expand social networks and opportunities for clients.
- Utilise local resources and services to enrich client support, including housing solicitors and care organisations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, rent collection, and policy procedures.
- Manage referrals, assessments, service reviews, and support planning efficiently.
