What You Will Do

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients within HMP Lincoln, ensuring best practice and safeguarding standards are maintained.
Administer medications in line with prescriptions and monitor their effects, adapting care as required.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centred care.
Carry out clinical assessments, health checks, and ongoing monitoring of patients’ conditions.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records in line with professional standards and policies.
