What you will do:

  • Deliver evidence-based PTSD interventions to members of police services.
  • Provide high-quality clinical assessments, formulations, and treatment plans.
  • Conduct predominantly face-to-face sessions, with some online options where appropriate.
  • Engage in clinical supervision and professional development opportunities.
  • Work within a specialist model of trauma-focused practice, with full training provided.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with governance, safeguarding, and data protection requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners, including police service partners.
  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement activities.
  • Travel to other sites as needed to support service delivery.
