What you will do
- Deliver a high-quality service across all aspects of referral, decision making, assessment, and care management processes with a focus on the welfare of children.
- Lead and chair complex meetings, guiding the team towards effective solutions.
- Oversee and supervise staff, ensuring they perform to their highest potential.
- Ensure that performance and data information is accurately collected and recorded on the WCCIS system, benefiting from regular monitoring in line with quarterly reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Advocate the best interests of children in care proceedings and other court work.
