We are eagerly seeking additional support over the next few months and are flexible enough to welcome candidates looking for either full-time or part-time hours. If you already possess the necessary community competencies like insulin administration, wound care, and catheter care, you might just be the perfect fit. Our services primarily operate in the North of Kirklees around the Mirfield area, although occasional support in the south may be required.

What you will do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Intermediate and Recovery Care bed bases.
• Administer insulin and other medications as needed, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Perform wound care management with precision and efficiency to promote timely recovery.
• Manage catheter care, ensuring patient comfort and adherence to care protocols.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Document patient observations, care interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly.
• Support best practices in healthcare delivery while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
