What you will do

• Perform CT imaging examinations to diagnose patient conditions effectively.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic CT images for accurate medical analysis.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards to protect patients and staff.
• Prepare and position patients for CT procedures with care and professionalism.
• Accurately administer imaging protocols to guarantee outstanding results.
• Maintain detailed imaging records and documentation for precise record-keeping.
• Collaborate with Radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional clinical care.
• Deliver high standards of patient care and safety, ensuring comfort and support.
• Support efficient department workflow to enhance productivity and service delivery.
• Ensure equipment is used safely and effectively for optimal performance.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography.
• HCPC registration.
• CT Radiography experience essential.
• Experience working within diagnostic imaging services.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and confidence.
• Strong communication and organisational skills vital.
• Knowledge of CT imaging protocols and radiation protection regulations.

Desirable Requirements

• Previous private hospital experience advantageous.
• Experience with contrast-enhanced CT examinations preferred.
• Experience working within acute imaging departments beneficial.
