- Provide an independent chairing service for multi-agency and departmental meetings concerning Child Protection and Looked after Children, ensuring clear and effective leadership.
- Facilitate strong inter-agency and departmental collaboration through excellent communication skills, fostering partnerships that promote child safety and well-being.
- Promote and monitor adherence to Child Protection procedures while ensuring statutory requirements for Looked after Children are met, enabling a consistent and high-quality service for children and their families.
