What you will do

• Assist clients in developing personalised recovery plans and provide ongoing support.
• Regularly assess clients' progress and adapt plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with other support services to offer comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with agency and legal standards.
• Facilitate group sessions and workshops to support recovery processes.

Requirements

• DBS Certificate: Must hold a valid DBS certificate on the Update Service.
• CV: Up-to-date CV required.
• References: References covering the period from August 2024 to the present must be provided.
• Right to Work: Sponsorship is not available for this role.
