What you will do:
- Provide administrative support to the Mental Health Recovery Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day service operations.
- Process, manage, and monitor prescribing documentation, including FP10 prescription workflows, according to service protocols and clinical governance requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records using electronic case management systems and ensure data quality standards are consistently upheld.
- Produce routine and ad hoc performance reports, data extracts, and service information for use by both internal and external stakeholders.
