An exciting opportunity has arisen for a locum Senior Physiotherapist to join our independent living service team in Bolton, where you can earn up to £35 hourly. This ongoing role offers the chance to work full-time alongside an occupational therapist and community officers within the team, which includes Discharge to Assess at Home DTAH, telecare, and sensory services. Engage with a diverse range of partners such as hospitals and Bolton at Home, all while working from both the DTAH and independent living service ILS bases.

What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for individuals within the community to develop tailored treatment plans
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement effective care plans for clients transitioning from hospital to home
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care delivery
- Provide education and support to clients and their families to maximise rehabilitation outcomes
- Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences to share insights and updates
- Maintain detailed records of patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary
- Implement and evaluate therapeutic interventions to improve clients’ quality of life and independence

Requirements of the Physiotherapist:
- Qualified Physiotherapist with a degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- Recent UK experience within specialised physiotherapy
- Registered with the HCPC as a Physiotherapist to work in the UK
- NHS experience would be advantageous but not essential
